Keri was born and (mostly) raised in Hawaii and has more than 23 years in the mortgage business. In addition to running her own team and she co-manages four CMG Homebridge branch in the state of Hawaii. She is your initial contact and will help you get started on the pre-approval process. Once you go into contract, she will do an initial consultation with you to walk you through the loan process, do's and don'ts and answer any of your questions. Mitch has been in the mortgage business about 40 years. She is Keri’s right-hand woman and the numbers girl. She is your main point of contact once you’ve begun the pre-approval process and will work to get you well on your way to loan approval. Mitch has also been an underwriter and processing manager in past lives.

Anna has been a part of the mortgage business for 7 years. Once you are pre-approved Anna will step in and get your file ready for processing and underwriting. You may hear from her as we handle online e-consents, disclosures, and the appraisal. Once we have conditional loan approval, Anna will work with you to help collect outstanding conditions, order homeowner's insurance, serve as a liaison with escrow and help schedule your loan signing. Anna was born in Beaverton, OR and moved to Kailua Kona when she was 3 years old and has lived there ever since.
